Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
Welcome to “Meant To Be”. This three story house is perfect for your family getaway. New to the vacation rental market, Meant to Be has everything you could possibly ask for! With large windows facing the Atlantic, it is hard not to find a spectacular ocean view. This home is full of cozy areas to relax and enjoy your dream vacation.
When you walk in on the 1st floor you will find a full kitchen connected to a cozy living and dining area. Take the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find a kitchenet and a spacious living room where you can gather around the large flat screen TV to watch your favorite movies, or simply enjoy looking out the wall to wall windows at the ocean. The views overlooking the beach make you feel like you are already on the sand!
When you walk outside from the living room you will find a large deck that wraps around the back of the house and leads to the spacious backyard. On the deck you will find plenty of spots to relax and soak up the sun. There is also a 6 seat dining table outside. Below the deck is a covered patio that has 2 hammocks and several other spots to hide in the shade.

The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has incredible views of the Atlantic. It is a very large space and features a king bed and a full bathroom. For those who have to bring their work to their vacation, the master bedroom has an office with views of the Guana Preserve.
On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has a queen, and share a full size bathroom located in the hallway. Both bedrooms are equipped with a tv and multiple windows for great lighting and views of the palms surrounding the house.
On the 1st floor you will find the kids room. There are 2 twin beds and a twin over twin bunkbed. There is also a full bathroom located right outside the kids room along with a laundry room. With all of these sleeping arrangements, you are sure to find that the house is more than suitable for medium sized groups up to 10 people.
