This home has everything your group needs. In addition to polished concrete floors, soaring ceilings in the main living room, boutique hotel inspired sleeping spaces, the home also boasts two huge 65” OLED Smart TVs and Gigabit mesh wifi throughout. The first floor features an open air floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and spacious living room. This area is perfect to gather family and friends around a snack, charcuterie board, or even a full Thanksgiving feast. Following the floating staircase to the second floor, you are welcomed into a sprawling private retreat. The Master Suite has tons of natural light with a king bed, private luxury bath with river rock walk-in shower, and a breathtaking view of the Austin skyline. This suite also has a futon outfitted with a generous memory foam topper for plush comfort. Additional guest quarters consist of two bedrooms, a full bath, and a second living room. The Blue Room has a king bed, a generous work desk, private access to the balcony, and a beautiful view over the mature oaks in the front yard. The Yellow Room has 2 twin beds and a work desk. A second living room separates the 2 guest bedrooms, and offers a pull out sofa that converts into a memory foam-topped Queen bed. This bed can be fully enclosed by blackout noise-dampening curtains for privacy and comfort. No bedrooms share a wall, so your group has plenty of room to spread out. A huge balcony with ample plush seating and a comfortable hammock completes the upstairs guest experience. From the over-sized front yard with a swing and corn hole set to the beautiful shaded outdoor dining table in the backyard, the Mondrian is ready for you! And, after a night on the town, the gas grill is perfect for flipping some late night burgers. The comfortably furnished deck arranged around an oversized gas fire table is perfect for creating a cozy evening atmosphere. Location location location: The Eastside is a hot spot with amazing local businesses popping up almost daily. Arbor food park, with its celebrated Cuantos Tacos truck, is one block away. World-famous Franklin’s BBQ is less than a 5-minute walk. East 11th/12th District, East 6th/7th Corridor, downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake, South Congress (SoCo): all are just minutes away. And the Mondrian is your private, quiet sanctuary in the middle of it all. LONG TERM STAY - ADDITIONAL FEES FOR STAYS OVER 29 days. In compliance with our policies for long term stays, we need to collect a few additional fees from you before guaranteeing this reservation. Please see below and reply here with any questions. Trust & Safety Fee: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely. com to provide you with $1,500 of accidental coverage in place of a security deposit. A portion of the cost for this protection was included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. The Safely fee for nights over 30 days is $200, $50 of which was already collected. Please be on the lookout for a payment request or resolution request for the balance of $150 and ensure the balance gets paid and guarantee your reservation. NOTE: The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Additional Cleaning Fee: We do require additional cleaning fees for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning.

We offer self check-in. All Portoro's properties use smart locks. •We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. If your need for an early check-in or late checkout is great, your best option is to book the night prior to or after your arrival/departure.

Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 10 minutes away. We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.
