Your fourth bedroom includes two queen beds while the last bedroom has a king. There is ample closet space and hangers in four of your bedrooms. For your convenience, there is a laundry room located off the kitchen with modern LG appliances. This home has it all in the way of entertainment with a unique home theatre system for relaxing nights in and family-friendly board games. If the house is ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time, we will usually accommodate an early check-in. You should book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure for a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing.

Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of 150 dollars per pet, 2 max, up to 50 lbs. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro approval, there will be a cleaning charge of 500 dollars. Owner must pick up after dogs, no exceptions. We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check-in or late check-out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. The home has cameras for external monitoring only. Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable. Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent. A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.
