Please note, all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement. This home's entrance is via a spiral staircase (there is no elevator on the premises). We offer self check-in. All Portoro's properties use smart locks. •We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. If your need for an early check-in or late checkout is great, your best option is to book the night prior to or after your arrival/departure.

It’s Good to Note: - Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions. - You must be 25 years or older to book this property. - Please note that our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Pack n Plays or High Chairs must be requested prior to arrival. Disclaimers: - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. - IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking - We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $1000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
