We'd like to be upfront about the location before you book your stay. As with some older & developing neighborhoods in Austin, the street itself can seem a bit unappealing upon arrival. Some of our neighbors enjoy playing music after-hours and parking cars on their lawns. This is the first new build on a street full of outdated and somewhat run-down rental properties. However, once you step inside our home-you'll forget all about the pesky neighbors and enjoy the amenities, features and finish outs of a brand new house! We also have Ring motion lights with cameras on the front and rear of the home along with a Ring doorbell for added safety for our guests. We know some people don’t mind these things and for some they are a big deal. If the issues mentioned would prevent you from having a good experience at our home, unfortunately this may not be the right property for you.
